To initiate an exchange, you must raise a request within 24 hours of receiving your order. The replacement item will be delivered within 5–7 working days, subject to availability.

Exchanges follow the same eligibility conditions as returns. Once we receive your original item and verify its condition, we’ll process the exchange. Refunds will be credited to the source account in 5 to 7 days.
